The ultimate healthy you!

You might think you're healthy,but are you? Eating healthily is good for you,but there is so much more. So how can you become the ultimate healthy you??

You can tell you’re friends or family if you're feeling sad or if you're hurt.Tell anyone if you're happy and celebrate! 

Next let's move on to eating a balanced diet. You must drink lots of water. You can sometimes have  chocolate or lollies and ice cream sundaes but not a lot. A balanced diet is full of different types of food.
Now let’s move to personal hygiene.This is when you have showers,baths,wash your hands regularly,wash your hair,and brush your teeth.These are good things to keep you clean.


If you can follow these three steps then you will be three steps closer to becoming the ultimate healthy you!
